The School of Biblical Studies at YWAM Atlanta is a nine-month inductive Bible School. Students will learn how to interpret scriptures with proper historical and literary context. At the end of the school, students will have gone through all sixty-six books of the Bible and written commentary throughout. The goal of SBS is to see a generation of Biblically-literate, passionate followers of Jesus who can hold the holy scriptures with confidence and knowledge, and move into their spheres of influence with Spirit-filled power and love, spreading the name of Jesus and the truth of his gospel. SBS Atlanta believes the Scripture is the true and Spirit-breathed Word of God and stands as the foundation for our faith in the resurrection and works of Jesus Christ. We focus on this foundation as opposition to the secular worldview, and equip students to learn the language of our cultural moment in order to speak truth into the lies of secularism.
